Your Zoom presentation has the most personal impact when you’re on the screen. Your audience is more engaged because they can see you and pick up on body cues and points of inflection. Prezi lets you show your content next to you as you present, so you never lose that face time with your audience, unlike with traditional screen sharing.
With more people working remotely, the old methods of presenting no longer cut it. It’s time to rethink the way you present to include more personal connection and engagement. Prezi gives you more on-screen time in front of your audience and turns your Zoom presentations into two-way conversations, letting your audience actively participate with on-screen reactions.
Start with a template
Save time and effort with designer templates, icons, and images for any topic.
Repurpose existing content
Browse shared presentations, videos, and designs you can customize as your own.
Convert your PowerPoint slides
No need to scrap those old slide decks. Simply “prezify” what you already have.
You can also record presentations to create more visual and engaging updates to share in your email or messaging apps. This is a great way to share your Zoom presentation with more people, even those without a free time slot on their calendars, and gives them the opportunity to watch it on their own time.
The first step in making a Zoom presentation is to start with a great design. Find hundreds of presentation templates and video presentation examples to help you get started, or click the “quick record” option in your online dashboard for an easier and faster option. No matter what you start with, you can adjust your content so that it appears next to you on screen. Once you’ve added all your content, you can connect your presentation to Zoom and start presenting.
Use the Prezi Video desktop app to upload your Zoom presentation to a meeting. You can either start a new Zoom meeting from your Prezi Video app or join an existing meeting – either way, you’ll need to select the Prezi Video Virtual Camera from the camera list to show your content. After that, your presentation will appear next to you on screen and you can use the controls in the Prezi Video app to navigate your way through the presentation.

If you want to be able to watch your presentation later or share it with your colleagues, recording your Zoom presentation is a good option. Recording your presentation in Prezi Video gives you more control over how your content looks and how it’s shared. You can pause while recording, trim your video, or save it for later. When you’re ready to share your video, either download and share the video file or get a link to share in your team’s messaging or collaboration apps.
Prezi gives you the tools you need to engage remote teams through eye-catching, interactive Zoom presentations. See for yourself.
