Transcript: Welcome to the University of Ottawa home of the "Gee Gees" This public University is located at Tabaret Hall 75 Laurier Ave. E. Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 6N5. This school has one campus which is 105 acres and has an endowment of 177.9million$. This course is also known as political science. With it you can become a member of political parties or high end positions in the government. Sociology: Is a scientific study of human social behavior. The study of the structure of the human society. This is one of the most interesting four year programs that I could take. In this I would need "Honors BSocSc with Major in Sociology" or "Honors BsocSc with Specialization in Sociology".To enter Sociology I must acquire a minimum average of 80%. Prerequisites: ENG4U or FRA4U. Economics; Economics and Public Policy; International Economics and Development: Add MHF4U. MCV4U strongly recommended. Psychology (BSc): Add MHF4U and two of MCV4U (strongly recommended), SBI4U, SCH4U, SPH4U Must have 80% average in these courses. Biology: Is the study of nature science concerning the study of living organisms. Learning how they live in their natural habitat, with growth, origin and evolution. This is a very difficult four year course in which I can take "Honors BSc with Major in Biology" or "Honors BSc with Specialization in Biology" I can take them in English or French. I must also attain an 80% grade range in the specific course requirements. Prerequisites: ENG4U or FRA4U; MHF4U; MCV4U and two of SBI4U, SCH4U, SPH4U and SES4U. Grade range of 80% in these classes. Chemistry: This is the study of identifying all of the different substances as well as matter and energy and the interactions between them. Mostly learning about electrons and the properties of the substances. This is also a four year program which I will take "Honors BSc with Specialization in Chemistry Advanced Materials" or "Honors BSc with Major in Chemistry" These can be taken in English or French. I will need to have an 80% in the given courses for highs school. Prerequisites: ENG4U or FRA4U; MHF4U, MCV4U, and two of SBI4U, SCH4U, SPH4U, SES4U. Mathematics and Statistics: ENG4U or FRA4U; MHF4U, MCV4U. All must have 80% grade range. Anthropology: This is the science of humanity and people, which is also known or can also be described as social science. It is four year university program in which I would take "Honors BSocSc with major in Anthropology" or "Joint Honors BScoSc in Anthropology and Sociology"(Programs in English or French) To enter Anthropology I must acquire an 80% grade range in the given courses in high school. Prerequisites Economics; Economics and Public Policy; International Economics and Development: Add MHF4U. MCV4U are recommended. Psychology (BSc): Add MHF4U and two of MCV4U (strongly recommended), SBI4U, SCH4U, SPH4U Must have 80%grade range There are not many cons because this school is the best choice for me Tuition and student fees. Study level: Undergraduate Legal status: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, exempted international students Classification: Full-time Tuition: 2,710.65$ Incidental: 164.02$ This would be for health sciences, which I would most likely want to participate in. These prices are going up by the year, so by 2015-2016 the prices will most likely be higher.
