Transcript: Salary Ranges Why am I interested in this field? I have yet to experience anything that directly pertains to my intended career. I have spoken to many people who are currently active in the military, or have been in the past. I have taken advice from them. I want to obtain a bachelor's degree in business, and I have some work experience in an office setting. I know a little bit about business management. Logistics interests me, because it is what keeps everything in motion and connected. They ensure that everything is where it needs to be and is ready to go. I want to join the military to be a part of something bigger, and to assist in operations to protect the United States. My education is my primary focus, and I must do well in order to move forward. I look forward to continuing my education, and using my knowledge and skills in my future career field. I want a career that I know I will enjoy, and I believe the Air Force offers one in line for what I am looking for. The salary range is vast for this occupation. Introduction This career suits me because I enjoy taking on tasks that result in tangible outcomes. I love to provide help and support to others, and to take initiative. I also enjoy traveling and I hope I will have the opportunity to do so. I like being a part of something that contributes to a a greater cause. Current/Future Employment Opportunities I first learned about my career not too long ago. I have done a lot of research and decision making on what I could see myself doing for a career. I know what degree I want, but I never could quite figure out how I would apply it. I decided to look into the military and specific occupations. The Air Force offers a career that aligns with what I would be interested doing throughout my life. There are no current employment opportunities for me at the moment. In order to make this career a reality, I must first obtain my bachelor's degree. I plan to attend Ohio State to complete my degree. I might be able to go through ROTC at Ohio State to reach my goal, or I can apply for Officer Training School after graduation from Ohio State.
