Transcript: My health triangle is pretty balanced at this point in my life. I am taking fairly easy classes so I am not super stressed. Having a weakness can affect all areas of your life because both physical and social health greatly impacts your mental and emotional health. Also, if you are high in mental and emotional, you are more likely to be healthy socially. 1 hr "Roar" I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath Scared to rock the boat and make a mess So I sat quietly, agreed politely I guess that I forgot I had a choice I let you push me past the breaking point I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything You held me down, but I got up (HEY!) Did you ever go back to smoking? -yes 11. What happened? -tried to smoke only 3 a day, but it kept getting more -after a month he was back to smoking again 12. Did you quit? -yes, went back to nicotine pills and quit for good 13. Were you affected by your smoking? -yes 14. Dear Coach Barb, I am writing you because you have made a big difference in my life by always being positive and encouraging throughout my synchro career. If you had not been my coach, I would not be the swimmer I am today. You made routines so fun by rewarding us when we do well and helping us when we don't. Thank you for all your little inspiring notes before every meet and for never missing an opportunity to have fun. I still remember at the Seattle nationals when we went to the "Space Noodle" and swung the rubber chicken. That was so much fun! And then after we started dancing in the street to the band that was playing. Thanks for being such a great coach!!!
