However, some templates may cost more money depending on the complexity of the game. Classroom Games that Make Test Review and Memorization Fun! (n.d.). The, decide and create a series of questions that are to be asked during the game. 3. By hyper linking certain answers to different slides, the game jumps from slide to slide while playing the game. 4. This kind of setup is normally seen as a simple quiz show game. Example of a Wheel of Fortune Template https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Wheel-of-Riches-PowerPoint-Template-Plays-Just-Like-Wheel-of-Fortune-383606 Games can be made in order to make a fun and easy way to learn. Popular game templates include: Family Feud Millionaire Jeopardy and other quiz shows. http://www.free-power-point-templates.com/deal-powerpoint-template/ Quick video on template "Millionaire" PowerPoint Games Some games are easier to make compared to others If users are unsure whether or not downloading certain templates is safe, you can actually make your own game by just simply using PowerPoint. add logo here References Example of a Family Feud Template PowerPoint Games are a great way to introduce new concepts and ideas You can create a fun, competitive atmosphere with the use of different templates You can change and rearrange information to correlate with the topic or idea being discussed. Great with students, workers, family, etc. For example: With games like Jeopardy and Family Feud, players can pick practically any answers. The person who is running the game will have to have all of the answers in order to determine if players are correct or not. However, with a game like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the players only have a choice between answers, A, B, C, or D. Therefore, when the player decides their answer, the person running the game clicks it, and the game will tell them whether they are right or wrong.

Multi-Sport Net

Transcript: Winning Ideas: 4.) A net that is elastic so the ball would bounce back towards the tee 15.) Net that changes to accommodate more than one sport 29.) Elevated ramp behind the shooter tooter so the puck/ball rolls back Construction Club Teams With No Space: At Texas Christian University (TCU), they are running out of space to house their 9 club teams. Once, an intramural softball player hit a ball and struck a practicing rugby player. They are having difficulties finding fields for each team to share, or practice on. TCU is running out of funds to help maintain the fields, despite club team efforts to raise money. Our net would be able to help TCU because it is accessible for both softball/baseball and lacrosse, which are the main club programs that have the hardest time. Our net would allow the teams to practice at a different location. No Adequate Space: This article is about how a farm town has limited practice space for the numerous amounts of sport teams that the town has. The baseball fields are needed to host dozens of teams. However, they are not capable to withstand the constant wear and tear caused by the hitting and fielding practices held there. Also, the lacrosse field is in terrible condition due to the practices and sharing the space with football and soccer. Donald Bowden, president of a football league, says that “Kids don’t play just one particular sport during a season – kids are playing all year round”. Our net could be a great solution to this problem. Since our net would be able to adapt to multiple sports, each team that does not have good practice space due to field conditions would be able to use the net to practice. Elevated ramp behind the shooter tooter so the puck/ball rolls back Mentor Input: After seeing the testing results, our mentor felt that the net needs to be secured to the ramp. He feels that this will eliminate the chances of the ball going past the net. Also, if a ball stopper were to be connected to the outside of the base, that would make the project more efficient. Many times coaches arrive to a practice field, and another team walks up at the same time. They are either forced to practice together, or one team has to have practice get canceled due to a lack of efficient space. Coaches can avoid canceling practice by being creative and coming up with ways to practice in a parking lot or even a small patch of grass. Although our net could not work for all sports, it could be used to soccer and baseball, which are the two main sports mentioned in this article. Our net could be used in a parking lot or any other unconventional practice location.
