Transcript: I Pad videos were uploaded onto the portal to be used as study guides Calcimor NICHE: the Calcimor eats the blue grass and the Blue Lollipop Tree’s leaves. It crawls up the trees and sleeps and gathers fruits and leaves. The Bloobear eats the Calcimor. ADAPTATIONS: the Calcimor’s long nose helps it sniff fruits. The spikes on its back protects it from the harsh rain conditions and predators. Its claws help it to climb trees to sleep safely from predators. We enjoyed the activity, we do not only think it was cool and fun but also informative. We learned from it, and we were also able to understand the eye’s structure and function better! It was so interesting and it was fun to cut it even though it was hard. We got to touch many different parts of the eye such as the cornea, pupil and iris. We also got to touch parts of the eye that you can't see without dissection such as the vitreous humor and the muscle surrounding the eye as well as the optic nerve. This dissection was very useful for our knowledge of the eye. We like this type of activity because it makes anatomy easier to understand and we get to see physically the parts and organs that we are learning about and interact with them. iPad presentation

Transcript: iPad presentation iPad presentation The things I know and like about the ipad, is that it is a mobile computer, game system, organizer, television, movie player, and mp3 player. iPad presentation iPad presentation To delete or organize apps, you going to have to press and hold a finger on any app or icon on iPad until the apps shake. once the shake, there will be a small black and white "x" on the top left corner of each app. To take a screenshot, you would have to press both the home button and the power button. doing that will make your screen flash white. and the color will eventually fade back into what your screen shows. The iPad has different buttons on it like the circle with the square in in at the bottom of the screen and the volume buttons that are either stuck together or two separate circles. The way to increase or decrease the iPads volume, is to slightly press the up button to increase the volume of the iPad, or press the down button to decrease the volume. you can also use the silent knob Although I do have likes and dislikes about the iPad and the features that came with it, I know that the iPad is a great device to use to socialize with, keep track of important things, watch videos, listen to music and play games. The iPad has a on and off button which allows you to lock your ipad or turn it off. That button is located at the top of the iPad as the picture shows. Michael Bush II Period 5 Technology 101 The things that I do not like about the iPad is that, there is no app or software that enables you to record your iPad screen for a tutorial or video presentation. And finally, I do not like the new i.o.s 7 apple update to the iPad because it makes everything look more complicated to understand rather than the previous update which came before the i.o.s 7 update. The multitasking feature is a built in software update that allows you to switch between different apps that u are using. to do that you will double click on the home button which is the circle with the square then this should show on your screen. iPad presentation + To book mark a webpage on a iPad, your would need to first click the internet icon (safari) on your homepage, then type in what ever site you'd like to go to. then click the book icon that should be at the top of your screen and at the bottom of ur address bar or, to the right or left of the address bar. I also do not like the size of the iPad because, it has a very unusual size to hold and manage. iPad presentation As we continue to use iPads as they become more equiped with modern technology, we shouldnt have as many problems as we do now. As iPads software increases, we also increase our knowledge on what we new from the past software updates to the new ones. iPad presentation iPad presentation when your iPad keyboard stops typing, and you cant type anything in side your text, all you do is click the key board icon on the bottom right corner of the iPad keyboard which hides the keyboard.then once you click your text again, the keyboard should pop-up and then you can type again. To organize your apps, you can drag one app onto another then it will create a folder. that folder can take alot of app in at once and it saves u more space I do not like the game center app because, it is a useless app and the app is to compare your ipad game scores to a friend or family member, that also has the game. I also think that this app is a waste of space because, any game thst the user plays shuld autimatically save its score. iPad presentation To set a home screen on your ipad, go to the plus sign on the webpage then you should see "Add to home screen" listed like so.
