Transcript: Why? Traditional method Vegetable rennet Microbial rennet submerged fermenter (Fig. 1) A basic look on the location of the abomasum Traditional Method An alternative way to produce rennet complex is brought up Some plants have coagulating properties. Fermentation-Produced Chymosin (FPC) Time frame Selected References: (Fig. 2) Health pyramid showing the necessity of cheese Dried and cleaned stomachs of young calves are sliced into small pieces and then put into saltwater or whey, together with some vinegar or wine to lower the pH of the solution The main enzyme that is responsible for the milk coagulation phase is known as Chymosin and its common name is known to be rennin. Chymosin mainly serves in the hydrolysis of certain bonds in the kappa-casein of milk as it has the role of a stabilizer. The process of extracting the liquid starts of by a precursor of chymosin, known as prochymosin which eventually turns into an active form of chymosin. Budget Due to: The limited availability of obtaining the mammalian stomachs and natural rennet availabity High demand of cheese formation and consumption Microbial rennet Vegetable rennet The use of genetic engineering for cheese formation through the transformation of rennet producing gene or the chymosin gene and clone it into the E. coli bacterium. Obtain a fermentation-produced chymosin (FPC) which is in higher amounts and more effiecient yield of chymosin after fermentation. Thank you for your attention The general name of the group of milk-based fermented food products is known worldwide to be Cheese. In order for milk to solidify into cheese, the use of a complex of enzymes known as "rennet" is essential. Rennets are mainly produced in the fourth stomach of ruminant mammals, specifically in the abomasum cells. Some molds are able to produce proteolytic enzymes. These molds are produced in a fermenter and then specially concentrated and purified to avoid contamination with unpleasant byproducts. The flavor and taste of cheeses produced with microbial rennets tend towards some bitterness Methodology Expected Results The use of T-test in order to measure the comparison between the yield and efficiency of the recombinant chymosin compared to the naturally obtained chymosin. Transcript: RxLogix India Pvt. Ltd. Introduction about the Industry Introduction Pharmacovigilance has been defined by the World Health Organization as “The science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects or any other possible drug-related problem.” Pharmacovigilance (PV), also known as DRUG SAFETY, is the pharmacological science relating to the collection, detection, assessment, monitoring and prevention of adverse effects with pharmaceutical products. The basic architecture of the pv database. Here Argus is the main database provided by Oracle to the firm. The server takes the data from the datahub and compares it to the data from the users from different products. PVR, PVI, PVS are all pharmacovigilance reports, intake and signal products provided by the company to the users. Each product has its different server. Mission The RxLogix mission is to deliver the most innovative products, services, and technology to advance Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety operations at Life Science companies in order to improve public health and patient safety worldwide. We believe in better living through technology. We are passionately obsessed with our mission of public safety, solving the complex problem and explaining possible solutions in everyday language. Mission Work Done During the industrial training I was a part of the database team. During the initial days of my training I learnt working with basic SQL queries. I tried solving questions online before starting with the work at the office. DBMS Following are some application level tables used in database: 4.3.1 TABLE_MASTER This table contains all the details of the tables exist in the database. Primary key – tname The columns of the table are as follow: tname– name of the table. join_order – this field mentions the join order which signifies the parent or child relationship of the tables. join_equi_outer – this field mentions the join of the table with its parent table whether it is equi join or outer join. Alias_name – alias for the table_name. deleted_flag – this field maintains whether the table is deleted or not. 4.3.2 COLUMN_MASTER This table contains the details of all the columns in the database. Primary key –item_id Foreign key – map_tname reference with tname of table_master, tname_id reference with tname of table_master The columns of the table are as follow: Item_id – this field is unique identifier (primary key) Colname – name of the column Coltype – this field mentions the data type of the column map_column – name of the mapped column map_join_equi_outer – this field mentions the join order of the table with mapped table whether it is equi join or outer join. map_tname – name of the mapped table name Primary_key_id – this field mentions the sequence of primary key in the composite primary key (i.e. 1,2 ,3 and so on) Tname_id – the name of the table for which the column exists. Deleted_flag – whether the column is deleted or not. 4.3.3 COLUMN_MAPPING This table shows the mapping of columns when two tables are joined. Primary key – id Foreign key –map_tname and tname_id reference with tname of table_master The columns of the table are as follow: Id – the primary key field Colname – name of the column Map_colname- name of the mapped column Map_tname – name of the mapped table_name Tname_id – name of the table Deleted_flag – whether the1 column is deleted or not. Performing Data Balancing and Data Validation between the pre_stage platform on Argus and the middle stage by using minus(-) SQL and Transact SQL. Data Balancing was used to check the table count between the source and the target. Data Balancing was done using the query SELECT COUNT (*) FROM SOURCE - SELECT COUNT (*) FROM TARGET; Data Quality was used to check whether the data in the source and target are same or not by using sum. If the sum is equal then the data is same otherwise not. Data quality was checked using the query SELECT SUM (*) FROM SOURCE - SELECT SUM (*) FROM TARGET; Learning Since I was working with the database team I learnt working on the Oracle SQL Developer Application after learning SQL language.Oracle SQL Developer was the best application in its field and was easy and user friendly. Oracle SQL Developer allows database users and administrators to do their database tasks in fewer clicks and keystrokes. Oracle SQL Developer Application Creating a connection with the database using DB link script. VirtualBox VirtualBox To work on Oracle SQL Developer it was necessary to learn SQL. It is necessary to add/update databses. So first learning was to get a good grip in all types of SQL queries. SQL SQL Since SQL was just a basic language and could not be used for writing procedural code, therefore PL/SQL is used. PL/SQL is just an extension of SQL for Oracle. So the basics of PL/SQL were learned. PL/SQL PL/SQL Conclusion This internship was very fruitful to me because I had to cover many different fields. I learnt SQL which was
