Helium is the second most common element in the universe(not on Earth). Symbol, Mass Number & Valence Electrons In the universe Helium is very abundant but rather on Earth its quite rare, Helium is found in the ground usually and a lot of the time it can be found in Texas. Neon and Argon are both similar elements to Helium because thye all are in the noble gas group Helium (He) Helium cannot be formed into, it is a natural and only thing element. How Its Used & Why Helium has a low density and because of this they are sometimes used for decorative balloons. It is also used to cool down satellite instruments.
