Transcript: Khaled's HEALTH Month, Day, Year go here TRAINING A Food Menu for Khaled Today me and my fellow scientists are going to show you a diet that we have come up for Khaled. Now who is Khaled? Khaled is a 70 year old man who has issues with his body because of his diet. He has issues such as a sore body, he cannot go to the washroom because he does not have enough Energy. So these are some issues with his body and we are going to correct his diet and make him a bit more like a real man. A Food Menu for Khaled Breakfast Breakfast For breakfast, he should start with a oatmeal cereal as its good carbohydrates and very healthy. He should also have yogurt. After that he should have baked eggs in Avocados as it contains a lot of protein which will help him get energy for the day. He should then have sliced vegetables because it has good fiber. At last He should also have fresh orange juice. This is the breakfast menu for Khaled. In a day Khaled should have 8 glasses of water and from that 2 or 3 glasses should be hot water so it will be easier for him to go to the bathroom. Water will also keep him hydrated as he walks around for too long. Lunch For lunch he should have a vegetable salad containg spinach, green lettuce, broccoli, carrotts and bell peppers for a starter. For his main course he can have brown rice with a little bit of stir fried chicken if he wants to or if he likes pasta he can have whole-wheat pasta instead of brown rice. For a light finish to his meal he should have fruits and mostly oranges as it gives the vitamins. For the drink he can only have water. Lunch Dinner Dinner He should start of with one cup of fresh orange juice Dinnertime for a Khalid might consist of grilled salmon, brown rice, steamed vegetables such as asparagus and a salad, Seafood like salmon is a good source of vitamin B-12, a. While a man at this age can aim for 3 ounces of the fish, 2/3 cup of rice, 3/4 cup of cooked vegetables and 1 1/2 cups of lettuce leaves served with toppings like a sectioned fresh tangerine, chopped scallions and 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts like almonds, 70-year-old men consuming 2,200 calories daily can have the same meal, but with 4 ounces of fish.
