Transcript: Eureka Final Presentation Hilco Redevelopment Partners: This summer July 7th 2022 I begin my first internship at Hilco Redevelopment Partners. Hilco Redevelopment Partners is a company vertically integrated real estate investment and redevelopment company that reimagines, remediates, and redevelops obsolete industrial sites across the United States. Supervisor: My Supervisor is Ms. Mia. She was the Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for alternative asset manager FS Investments. In that role, Mia oversaw FS Investments’ corporate social responsibility initiatives, served as Executive Director of the FS Investments Foundation, and led strategy and execution for the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. A Week In A Life: When I first arrive will eat breakfast and catch up on work or upcoming assignments: A day In a life: 10:30-11am Meet with my mentors Journal Wrap Up day Work on our capstone Projects Lunch & Learns with co-workers and interns from Chicago and Boston My "Eureka" Moment: My "Eureka" Moment was creating a 3D model with my partner Titilayo. Accomplishments: I met wonderful workers that are part of the company and other interns, Kalief, Terrance, and Titilayo. On the first day, we had workers come in and talk to us about their role and their experiences with Hilco Redevelopment Partners. I was nervous, because I was meeting and working with people that I don’t know. Once I arrived, the feeling went away. I felt more relaxed and comfortable with everyone. Everyone is so nice and lovely there Performances: Title
