It all begun in the year 2010 at ASPIRE CONSCRIPTION, a Corporate/IT Recruitment Company which by choice gradually turned into a partial Event Agency. Funny but true, the IT Recruitment Company had a challenge to get more candidates to complete the targets and cold calling (only medium to get the right candidates) did not do any good. So the need was to reach the candidates where the cold calls could not reach. The challenge was to get the potential lead segregated as well as to sideline the cream crowd from the other Plan was to segregate them according to their qualification and education Result: By spending over 120K in 3 months, more than 11,000 leads were generated Conclusion The first brief The brief was to get the right candidates for recruitment The Journey Result: More then 160 candidates turned up for the interview, 6 got selected. Approximate revenue generate was over 1 lac, the first drive and training program led the way for many such successful programs Plan was to reach these candidates through various touch points and to generate potential leads. We reached them through: 1. Collage festivals - We set up job stalls for them. 2. Placement Cells - We not only tied up with them but also gave them reference money to source the candidates 3. Malls - We collected data by promising them to offer better jobs 4. Markets - We did set up kiosks to generate leads of the guys looking for a change in their jobs. The challenge
