There is a risk to starting a high-end business in an artistic-type community such as Laguna Beach. The cost to rent the building in itself will be high. A very specific product so it needs to do be done well A very specific culture could limit our customer interest with 4 owners, there is bound to be a clash between ideas and direction of the company, will require a lot of intentionality and communication to keep the business running smoothly.
