Learning Theory Learning Theory I will be using Gagne’s nine events as a model for this training. These events are: (1) gain attention of the students, (2) inform students of the objectives, (3) stimulate recall of prior learning, (4) present the content, (5) provide learning guidance, (6) elicit performance (practice), (7) provide feedback, (8) assess performance, and (9) enhance retention and transfer to the job. Clicking Slideshow will also allow you to set time and speed on each slide Click insert to access your documents Titles By clicking on the home tab at the top of the help bar you can change font, size, and writing styles size Click the floppy disk to save your project.
